The best thing about heaven may be the fact that we will never feel alone again. We grow up in diverse situations and family groups, some of us as single children, others in families with multiple siblings, with one parent or two.
But no matter our experience growing up, the terrible ache of loneliness has been hurtful, if we can share that we’ve been harmed by it. Our deep longing for connection, and for a soul mate, is a fundamental quest in our lives. And if we are honest with ourselves, our honesty leads us to our Soul Mate – Jesus.
And if we have Him, we become part of His family of soul mates, who love us, and whom we can love. From the first moment in eternity, we will never feel alone again. Just found.
