A Good Dream at Dawn

It’s not too early to begin hoping for Jesus’s kingdom to come. Could it be that already, even in the midst of our broken world, the Lord is seasoning us and all of our daily habiliments, with the divine salt of His new world? That in some small measure, Jesus is sprinkling us in preparation for our new life with Him? He promises a new heaven and a new earth. I would hope that this current world is part of the recipe for the next one.
