Prayers for the Country

There is much that is unsettled in our country right now, things that are causing division among the people. Let me remember where hope is found – not in a political end, not in any person or policy. But let each of us find hope in a quiet way, in our own individual walk with Jesus. He has a plan. His plan is good. He does not abandon His children. Though we suffer violence, coldness, poverty, crime, hatred, God is a healer at heart, and loves you and me. Let’s hang onto Him today.
