To Trust in the Lord

It can’t get any better. That choice to lay it all on the line, to let go, to absolve myself of doubt, fear, uncertainty, pride – and to believe the Lord is good, and that He will take care of me – though I fail so often at doing so, trusting in God is where it’s at. True security comes when I let down my guard and yield myself to my Creator, to surrender to His supreme care. God knows me. He knows my life, forward and backward. Let me banish doubt, skepticism, sarcasm. Let me find my joy again. Let me trust God a little more courageously today.
